Good quality chocolate makes for good quality fudge :)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, leaving an overlap on the sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the condensed milk, vanilla, chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter.
  3. Form a double-boiler by setting the bowl on a medium pot of gently simmering water. The water level should not be touching the bowl.
  4. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread the top smooth with a spatula.
  6. After 1 hour in the fridge, sprinkle the top of the fudge with the course sea salt.
  7. Chill again for another hour.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
  9. Run a knife under hot water, dry it off, and cut the fudge into small pieces (the hot knife helps make clean cuts).
  10. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
